The BC Autism Assessment Network (BCAAN) provides diagnostic assessments for children and youth (0 to 19) who have been referred for a question of an autism spectrum disorder. BCAAN accepts referrals from all physicians; specialists and non-specialists. Referrals to BCAAN or CDBC should be directed to the centralized Regional Coordinator in the health region in which the child or youth resides.
